Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

• Cancellation must be requested immediately after placing the order
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method

Returns Policy

Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, medicines and health supplements are generally non-returnable once delivered.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacements or refunds may be provided only in the following cases:

• Damaged or broken package
• Wrong product delivered
• Expired or defective item
• Missing items in the order

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

Refund Process

• After verification, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
